ME General manager holds an Advanced Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Has an experience of over 14 years in Telecommunication networks field. He has worked on various Transmission equipment including Siemens PDH/SRL XD and SDH/SRT 1F/1C/SRA4 microwave links : Seragon SDH links &ECI MUX: Optic fiber network, Alcatel trunk radio systems, Siemens ADMs, Stratex radios, Aviat radios, Ceragon  SDH link, Huawei link,  Erricsson mini links, Huawei IN Platform and ADMs. He also has worked with Motorola BSC, GSM 2G networks and Siemens 3G systems. Nokia Siemens FLEX BTS 2G &3G,4G High bridge installation etc.

He is a BSC Electrical Engineering Holder with an abundant experience of over 15 years in Telecommunication field. His experience includes Transmission network planning ranging from short to long haul microwave links. Has an experience in satellite systems installation and commissioning, with a very wide range of installation and commissioning of microwave systems and GSM networks.

He is responsible to provide technical, managerial and supervisory direction in all Transmission works engineering and technical activities such as the review design, work order preparation, project management, scheduling and budgeting of proposed and existing Transmission projects.

To provide Transmission projects leadership, management, and technical direction. Lead all of the technical functions.

To perform strategic and operational responsibility for all Transmission projects and shall manage a group of Assistant project managers. Lead all of the technical functions of the Transmission department, which shall involves but not limited to ; Technical site Survey, Installation, Commissioning, Integration, Acceptance, Optimization of PDH, SDH technologies etc.

Has over 17 years in the telecommunication industry and has worked with various companies in and outside Tanzania. He has worked with several companies in Tanzania including  Trietel and Vodacom among others and he has vast experience with telecommunication equipment.

With over 8 years experience, as Project manager he helps the Company moving and doing the work effectiveness, he holds a bachelors degree in Electronics and Telecommunications His responsible for the management, lead, control, evaluate, improve, organize, implementation, he work under the directions of the department operations plan and budget, lead performance management process to measure and evaluate progress of all projects progress against goals of the company and to provide for all department staff a strong day-to-day leadership presence, and support open door policy among staffs. Monitor the achievement of the projects assigned against the department Plan and report to the Management.

We have qualified engineers/riggers and technicians who are competent and with their abundant experience of years in Telecommunication Industry. With them we manage to perform our task very well. They are capable of doing Installation of Microwave Antennas, Optic Fiber  systems, Installation and commissioning  RF sites etc

She has an abundant experience of 4years on co-ordinate and supervises a group of subordinates that provide the administrative support functions to an organization. This entails a wide variety of responsibilities, such as preparing the budget and controlling budget expenditures and revenues, recommending space and equipment requirements. In addition to providing direct supervision that includes conducting performance evaluations, the incumbent will be expected to advise on administrative matters to the management, carry out special assignments for other staff, identify problem areas and determine solutions and implement changes.
